Fairfield Glade

       Fairfield Glade is an established community located on the Cumberland Plateau in East Tennessee and backs up to the largest Wildlife Management Area in the state.  It is situated between Knoxville and Nashville, and one hour north of Chattanooga.  It is approximately 12,000 acres in size and rises 2000 feet above sea level.  The elevation creates a mild climate with low humidity and four distinct seasons.  Winters here consists of approximately eleven inches of snow per year. 

       Tennessee is very affordable with a low cost of living and tax friendly.  There is no state income tax and property taxes on a home assessed at $445,000 in value are $1,262 annually.

       Fairfield Glade offers single residential homes in resale and new construction.  There are multiple settings from lake front, mountain views, bluffs, golf course, and wooded.  For those on the go, there are also townhomes with no exterior care.  Monthly dues are $115 per month, which covers membership, sewer, and trash pickup. Townhomes have an additional homeowner's fee and varies by association.

Eleven Lakes offer many activities from boating, fishing, and swimming.  Fairfield Glade's lakes are ALL "no wake", so there aren't any pesky waves and noise of speed boats or jet skis.  There are two marinas with beaches and snack bars.  You don't own a boat, there are pontoon boats, fishing boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats for rent.  Evening cruises are also available, so set back and enjoy the views.  If you like to fish, but didn't bring your gear, no worries, we have that too.

Racquet Center

Tennis or Pickleball, it's your choice! 

Fairfield Glade Racquet Center is a full service tennis facility. Tennis players choose from four indoor courts and four outdoor clay courts.  Additional hard courts are also available at the Druid Hills facility.  Our Men’s and Women’s Inter-Club League play, mixers and open play make it easy to get involved.  Weekly stroke clinics, private lessons and tennis apprentice classes are offered throughout the year. The Racquet Center offers all the name brand equipment needed for Tennis or Pickleball. Pickleball is an incredible sport that everyone can enjoy.  Fairfield Glade offers eight outdoor courts and four indoor courts.  Pickleball is easy to learn and lessons are available for the beginner. 


Hiking Trails

Let's Hike!  Everyone can hike in Fairfield Glade with over 10 trails to choose from.  Consisting of 20 + miles and a variety of levels including paved paths to natural terrain. Along the way, there will be spectacular views of flora and fauna.  If you're looking for a casual stroll or rugged hike, Fairfield Glade is your place to "go take a hike".  For the hiking enthusiast, there are multiple hiking trails within our county and state.  


There are two outdoor pools.  Druid Hills, which is centrally located, is open to the whole family.  There is plenty of laughter and splashes at this pool. 

For a more relaxing time, Dorchester has an adult only pool for everyone eighteen years and older. 

The Center at Fairfield Glade houses the indoor pool which includes lap lanes.  There is also a jacuzzi and sauna for everyone to enjoy.

The Grove 


Free concerts all summer long.  Bring your lawn chairs or blanket and enjoy an evening out at this 875 square foot amphitheater complete with a dance area and state-of-the-art sound system.  The line-up includes a variety of artists and genres.
