Tansi is community outside of Crossville with amenities to keep everyone in your household busy. According to the last census, approximately four thousand residents call Tansi home. 

     Golf anyone?  Tansi provides an outstanding eighteen-hole golf course.  It is rated ninth among the Top 10 Golf Courses in Tennessee Golf by Golf Advisor.  The greens are undulating and fast. The course puts a premium on well-placed shot with five sets of tees ranging from 6701 to 4579 yards in length. The layout is player-friendly while also challenging.  Tansi also offers golf lessons with our pro or assistant pro on the driving range, putting green, or out on the course. Tournaments and league play are also offered. 

      Tansi has four lakes, (Lake Tansi, Lake Geronimo, Lake Hiawatha, Lake Mohawk). The residents enjoy an abundance of beautiful sunsets on the lake from their decks or from a pontoon.  There is a marina with pontoon rentals for those that want a day out on the water.  The lake offers a wide range of activities including a beach for relaxing. There's also a snack shack beachside for those who don't want to pack a picnic.   

     The newest addition to Tansi is a pool facility, which includes an outdoor and an indoor pool.  

    This is one of the most affordable recreational communities around, membership is only $293.50 yearly.
